The plain-words version.
Webster is a specific, gentle adjustment made for pregnancy. In plain terms: it helps your pelvis sit balanced, and helps the muscles and ligaments around it relax. When everything’s a little more even and a little less tight, there’s as much room as possible for baby — and far less of that achy, stretched feeling for you.
It’s gentle and specific — hands-on, but never forced or twisted into position, and always adapted to where your body is that week. And, as always, I’ll walk you through exactly what I’m doing before I do it.
None of this is teaching your body something new. You already know how to do this. My job is just to clear what’s in the way — the tightness, the pulling, the pelvis sitting a little crooked — so the body you already have can get on with it.
What it tends to help with.
Everyday comfort
The low-back ache, the hip that catches, the round-ligament pulls — eased so the day feels a little kinder.
Room for baby
A balanced, relaxed pelvis simply gives baby more room to settle into a comfortable position as you get closer.
Feeling ready
Steady, gentle care through the third trimester so your body can do what it already knows how to do — birth your baby.
And what it’s not: you’re not broken, and I won’t make promises about how your birth will go. Real changes do happen — more room, better movement, less ache — and they’re there to help your body do what it already knows how to do.
Adjustments during my last two pregnancies were night and day different (in the best way possible) compared to my previous pregnancy. Our care is catered to each of our individual needs and has helped me through all aspects of motherhood.
